I give Mark A. 5 stars, but give the company 3. Mark A was very courteous, did a great job (as far as I can tell) and even cleaned up after himself! I was also impressed he had me test that everything was working before he left.
I had my appointment on Monday and they left a message on my phone it was canceled. When I called back they couldn't guarantee a tech could come out on Tuesday, reporting they may have to cancel again. I feel if you're advertising your name as Any Hour, then the work should be done the day you've been scheduled, even if the tech can't get there until after 5pm - without afterhours charges too. I was very upset about this and let them know how I felt. I'd already lost sleep and had been very nervous about the small but important job that needed to be done, so this cancelation resulted in a panic attack & further loss of sleep. Luckily Mark A came out on Tuesday and got the job done.
