Before you enter into a contract with this company ( or any company) do your homework and learn about the different equipment available, and the average cost of installation as well as warranties. Get more than one estimate, and pick the one company who you feel will treat you correctly. I was in a hurry and I failed to do my homework. I got burned by this company at a total cost of $3856.00 Do not trust this company to be professional and keep in mind they do not warranty their labor or the equipment. This company could do better by getting rid of Brian and putting someone in the manager's position, who has experience and treats a customer correctly. I actually had a lot of other issues with Brian and this installation, but they are too many too go into in the space provided.
