Everything about the experience was top notch. From the beginning Jacob our sales person was able to come out around our busy schedules and give us a quote. I had other companies come out to quote the roof but this was different, Jacob educated us on the whole process and the different options. He was never your typical ""pushy"" sales person instead he walked us through the process from financing options to the different types of roofs and what the company he represented was all about. Further through the whole process he was available for any questions we had and he was completely upfront with us about costs, the process and what we should expect from Lennox Builders. When it came to installing the roof it was scheduled for Friday but with the forecast calling for rain I received a call from the project manager for my roof informing me they were going to push the project back till Saturday because they would not want to put my house at risk of getting rain on a roof that was midway through a replacement. On Saturday morning the team got to my house, they were extremely professional and careful to make sure nothing was damaged during the process, they even put tarps over over out bushes and walkways. The team even went above and beyond and pushed a car that's battery had gone out deeper into our driveway to keep it out of the way of any thing that could come off the roof. When the job was finished the only thing that had changed was a new roof, they did not leave a single nail or shingle behind. Not only does the roof look amazing the entire experience was extremely easy and I was amazed at how quickly the team got the roof done. I would highly recommend this company especially Jacob to anyone looking for a new roof or other home improvements. They were extremely professional through the whole process from initial sale to completion of the job.
