I cannot thank Zachar Law Firm, and David Catanese in particular, enough for turning my lawsuit from near disaster to an awesome settlement on my behalf! My original attorney literally sat on my accident claim two years until just two weeks remained before the time to take action (statute of limitations) expired. Mr. Catanese took my lost case and in only four months (extremely fast for trial litigation) had a settlement at full value. Mr. Catanese is a veteran litigator who makes you feel at ease with his knowledge of the law and professional demeanor mixed with a warm sense of humor and sincere caring attitude. Initially, Hastings & Hastings refused my case because it might be challenging to win. Next, I found another attorney who was intimidated by the opposing insurance company and literally sat on my case for two years. At my first meeting with Mr. Catanese, he just smiled and said you came to the right place at Zachar Law. He was right! Mr. Zachar ... I want to thank you for having David and Marcie on your staff! They literally made a such a positive impact on the life of this disabled veteran. I cannot give praise enough. I am, and will continue, to recommend Zachar Law to everyone ...
