My air was out on a Saturday. We had tried to get in touch with our regular AC guy, but was unable. We had called another local AC company that advertised 24-7 service but got no answer so we left a message. So then I called this company they answered right away. I asked what their service charge was and was quoted $89.00 I was okay with that. A few minutes later their technician called and said he could be here in 20 minutes, I was ecstatic! Finally the 24-7 company called back and we explained that we had contacted someone else, but out of curiosity wanted to know their service charge and was quoted 229.00 I was shocked! I was so glad I got in touch with this company the service was prompt, no price gauging, honest and quick service within a few minutes Brian had us up and running for just 40$ more than the other companies service charge alone! Would use again and would DEFINITELY recommend thanks for great service at a fair price!
