AWFUL! My husband and I are new to the area and received a coupon in the mail for Tires Plus. So we went and bought 4 new tires and requested an oil change as well. It took an hour longer than they said it would. The tried to hand me back a hub cap and told me they couldn't get it to stay on and once I told them to put it back on, the were so rude arguing with me the whole time! Then they magically put it back on and became nice again. So, I glanced over all the fluids they said they checked and topped off and specifically asked the manager if they topped them off and his repsonse was, "yes ma'am, we always top off all fluids that are low" well I'll be. I drove away and I had no washer fluid (yes, the box was checked). So I drove back and they laughed about it, topped it off and said they double checked the fluids but it only took 5 minutes. So that is doubful! If you do go there at this point...go at your own risk!!! They are rude and awful people that don't do what they say
