The staff at Hagarty Denistry is always so warm, kind & friendly, that they make a visit to the dentist as stress-free as possible. A couple suggestions: 1. I would love it if the staff wore easy-to-read name tags - they don't regularly introduce themselves & it would add a deeper layer of familiarity to the office (and be great for those of us who have trouble remembering names-since the staff always have mine readily available via my file). 2. Staff has probably not experienced this, since they aren't normally in the situation to do so: the chairs for patients at checkout are really awkward, i.e. they are so low that it can make one feel like a child in trouble or almost cartoonish given the extreme disparity in height between you & the person checking you out. If I were taller, it might feel differently--but perhaps there are other shorter/petite patients who feel a bit awkward as well? When sitting, the desktop is nearly at my shoulders! Please know that I LOVE Hagerty Denistry--and especially all the special, little things you do to make a visit so pleasant. This is a little thing, really, but since you asked, I'm passing it on. Thanks again for making my visits to the dentist something I can look forward to! :)
