We purchased a zero turn mower from them a couple of years ago. We took it in to have a pre-mowing season tune-up and told them if they came up with anything big to call us before performing any work. We didn't hear from them, we called them twice and left messages with no response. We went in to see what was up and they told us that the transmission was shot. We said...there was nothing wrong with the mower when we brought it to you..it just needed a tune-up and oil change. They said it was shot and would cost over $1000 to repair plus $400 for the tune-up. We left it there while we contacted BBB and small claims court. We just received notice from them that they're going to start charging us for "storing" the mower that we couldn't take because we refused to pay the $400 for the tune-up on the mower they broke.
