We had taken our dog to this vet once. That visit was for routine checkup and shots. We were tired of paying huge bills to other vets, and this place was recommended as reasonably priced.\r The building is older and the interior is simple, but I didn't really care. I want my money to go for care, not overhead! The receptionist and vet tech were very kind and friendly. The dr. was direct and no nonsense, I was told pretty directly that my dog needed to lose weight. But, he really did, so the recommendation was right on the money. \r A year later our 12 year old dog seemed to get drastically ill very quickly. I called and made an appt. for the first day I wasn't working- 2 days out. Later the same day it was clear he was pretty sick. I called back and was able to talk to the vet and describe the problems our dog was having. The vet said I neeed to bring him in sooner than the appt. We took him in the next morning and left him there for the day for the vet to examine. The offi
