True story..came to tires plus for the first time for new front tires. Told them to put my two old tires in my trunk to avoid the disposal fee. Called me saying an alignment for 60$ was necessary even though I just had that done. Showed me the alignment print out, which clearly indicated the job was unfinished, my alignment still had ''problems'', and told me ''oh it's nothing to worry about'' AKA the job was not finished. Driving home I had to hold the steering wheel to the left in order to drive straight, and discovered when I opened my trunk that they not only put my 2 old tires in there, but an additional 2 random truck tires.\r
Called them, they laughed about the situation then told me to come in at 4:30 & that Id be out by 5. Brought it back at 4:30. By 6:00 they still hadn't even touched my car. Went out to eat while I continued to wait, they said they'd call me when it was done. Never called me. So I went back around 7:30...2.5 hours after it was supposed to be done. They give m
