Review content:
The instructor I had at Ferrari Driving School (FDS) was absolutely lovely. He was knowledgeable, funny, and a joy to work with, so in NO way does this review reflect on him.
However, the office staff is an entirely different story. "Customer Service" representatives are rude, lazy and don't pay attention. My "package" included FDS scheduling my road test, which they didn't do! It was supposed to include some type of manual, which I never received. I had to schedule the test myself! THEN to add insult to injury when I asked for a break down of the "package" I paid for, their pricing was inconsistent and they kept back peddling on what I paid and/or what I paid for. First, I was looking at the wrong brochure, THEN I was getting this service free, and that service free, THEN there was an additional fee for something else, THEN I received a discount (which I was never told about). NOT ONE consistent story, that equaled to the astronomical fee I paid.
I am highly disappointed and will NEVER recommend anyone to this school. My friend went to a school in Bayside that's 200 dollars cheaper for more lessons, better service and less hassle. I'm sure this review will never be posted, but if it does STEER CLEAR!
