I usually don't write a negative review, but I thought it it was necessary. My son brought his car in to have tires replaced. After waiting several hours he went to get his car and noticed the wrong tires, better tires, Pirelli for a Jetta, were placed on his car. He told the gentleman at the counter, he checked with his boss and they told him don't worry, it was their fault. Several hours later they told him he had to come back and give back the tires. Not knowing what to do my son contacted the general manager's office and left a message and was told that he would not be in until Monday. My son told the Tires Plus location on Epps Bridge in Bogart Ga, that he could possibly stop by on Saturday to return the tires. After talking to me, I told him to wait until he heard back from the GM for a final decision. The manager at the Tires Plus location called my son very early in the morning on Saturday telling him that he needed to bring his car back to the shop and return the tires. My son told him that he was not able to bring it by at the moment, so the manager told him that they could and get him. My son not knowing what to do and worried, drove his car back to Tires Plus and changed tires. I was appalled that a manager would harass my son and secondly that they would allow him to keep the tires that he told them initially were incorrect and then give someone back tires that were used for over a day. I understand we all make mistakes, but this is way beyond anything I have ever heard of.
