I have been a costumer of Auto Connection - NY for over 15 years. We meet Paul when we had a car accident and needed a car asap and our credit was really bad! Speaking to him over our current situation made us feel that we knew each other for a long time, you know ""like family"". The way he treat his customers and his staff , made us enter into buying 2 cars the same day we visit his store at the Westbury location. Please do not listen to bad reports from people that make bad posts about this store. I suggest that you first need to know that all the cars in the lot are used cars !! I know by experience that your credit as bad it might be , Paul would do the best he can to find you the car that your need or the car of your dreams. Having bad credit and finding a place where you are treated with respect and make you feel special is not easy! I tip my hat to Paul . He found me a 2014 Passata for a good price at a great rate!!. I have refereed many of my friends and family to Auto Connection for many years and every time they come out with a beautiful car at a good price and at a good rate. Go over there and browse and find yourself a reliable car. If you do not see what you are looking for, ask Paul to find you one. Make sure that you ask questions. a lot of questions about the car you are buying. There is not a question that you might have that the sales person or Paul is not willing to answer. Trust me, they will do whatever it takes to help you.. The best thing that you can do for them is to write them a review and tell others about Auto Connection NY.
