Excellent customer service at a fair price! As a Disabled American my experience was very satisfactory! I was not taken advantage of as it often has happened before because I cannot inspect or check out the work being done.
Service advisor Rick was very courteous and explained what my 08 Ram truck needed. ASME Certified Technician Danny was a true professional while working on my truck. He explained to me how my system works and what the problem was. He was done in a timely manner and all work was done very clean and not sloppy as I have experienced that before. Seems as if nobody even worked on my truck; but now my a/c blows cold and works as it should. Rick and Danny represent Jay's Garage and give it excellent reputation.
