I put off calling a plumber for months. I finally called Superior on a Fri afternoon around 1pm. Will in dispatch was very helpful and told me they would be out Sat morning. About 30 mins later he called back to say someone could come in about 2 hours instead! Monte called shortly before he arrived. When he got here, he explained everything he would do, what I should expect, and the price for service. Within 30 minutes he was done, everything was clean and I am no longer standing in 2" of water when I shower. I will definitely use Superior again should the need arise.
