I would not recommend this company. I put in a request through my home warranty company the Friday before Memorial Day due to my washing machine being broken, and it's still not fixed (it's now 6/30/16). They have been to my home either 3 or 4 times now and can't figure out what the issue is. They keep ordering new parts, but can't seem to get the machine to work properly. Their customer service isn't great, either. They won't schedule anything more than a day ahead of time. This poses a problem for people who work outside the home. At 5:30PM today, I received a call from an employee who said (in a rude tone) that she needed to schedule a time for a repairman to come out tomorrow between 11:00AM and 1:00PM. I explained that wasn't possible because my husband was out of town and I have a meeting scheduled at work during those hours. Never mind the fact that when they were at our home last week, we gave them times we would be available for them to come back. The woman who called was clearly frustrated that this last-minute timeframe wouldn't work. It's just frustrating. I'm calling my home warranty company to give them my opinion on this company.
