Thank you Cathy. Since I established Dial ONE Schilling in 1981, the past 10 years have been the most rewarding. Mike has been a big part of that equation. Tobey has been with us for two year now and has also become a very valuable member of the staff. Paula, who you spoke with originally, has been been with us since 1985. It's people like these and customers like you that make it a joy to come to the office each day.
