I've never had any issues with anything I've ordered from Archer's. I've bought multiple sides of beef and both whole and sides of hog from them. Order right after the state fair for great discounts. They custom cut everything to order and their smoked meats are fantastic. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a good bulk butcher in central Indiana.
