You get put on hold forever before you even have a chance to speak. One month later now, I have been trying to get a pre-authorization for a prescription for a week. I have called multiple times and keep getting told it would be done soon. \r

I initially and subsequently explained to them that I was told by PA Xavier to come back in after a month of being on the medication for blood work and that I was leaving the area the end of March. They promised they would expedite the pre-authorization. I called almost every day for a week and every time was told it would get handled. A week later I am told now that the paperwork was just submitted yesterday. I will not be able to have my blood work done now here because I still don't have the prescription.\r

I will be finding another provider after this transaction is complete.
