I bought a dress at Nikki's Bridal for my wedding and was told I would be able to have the dress altered to make it fit. I specifically asked multiple times to ensure I would be able to have it altered in time for my wedding. I never recieved a call from them to get it altered and called them multiple times attempting to get it altered, only for them to tell me they would call me back and would never recieve a call back. I had to buy a different dress for my wedding, and they refused to return the dress I bought and give me my money back. So I now have a dress that doesnt fit. I spent a lot of money on the dress that I have nothing to do with! I will never shop at Nikki's Bridal again....the best advice I can give, if you are looking for a dress for a special occasion I would shop elsewhere!
