After reading some of the negative reviews I had to respond to them.I worked for Sparrow and Sons for 20 years full time so I feel qualified to say this.\r
It is a family owned company which is loyal to its custumers and its employees. In all the years I was there they always tried to do the best job that could be done. Plumbing is not a perfect world and the jobs are not always cut and dried and believe me being a plumber is hard. The guys in the field are the finest group of people I have had the pleasure of working with, and on some jobs you might have 50+ years of expirence looking at the problem. They will fix it. And yes plumbers are real people with tobacco habits and dental problems BUT I assure you there are no crackheads or meth addicts that work there. The office staff Micheal, Jonathon, Frank work hard to get the jobs done right and on time. I would and do recommend them for all your plumbing needs
Pros: good guys and many decades of plumbing knowledge
