Our neighbor swears by Sparrow but we were apprehensive after reading reviews on this website. We had also previously (4-5 years ago) had difficulty making an appointment (I believe Mrs. Sparrow used to field calls, which does not appear to be the case currently). \r

This time our call was answered promptly and courteously by a man who made an appointment at a time that worked well for us (he offered us a 2-hour window, which seemed perfectly reasonable). Lester arrived on time and did an AMAZING job! He worked very quickly and efficiently and is obviously very experienced and knowledgable. My husband (who is not easily impressed) raved about the experience (we have had mixed results with plumbers and were delighted to find a company we feel we can confidently trust...that's it's locally owned and operated is an additional plus). Thank you Sparrow and thank you Lester!
