Review content:
We have a St. Augustine lawn that was laid 15 months ago and nearly half of it is dead, thinning, or yellowing. During my contract signing, the SALESMAN told me that the sedge would be knocked out in weeks, well that was last July, and today, I've got sedge that grows waist high in my back yard. Bug Out has done a poor job following up to my requests for improvement and needs to take a more proactive approach to solving agronomic issues. I've paid for their core aeration and even pay for their shrub service, but still see aphids and sooty mold on my Magnolias and Crape Myrtles. I could treat these myself for less than what they charge each month and get the same or better results. Very disappointed in BugOut's agronomic plan for treating my lawn. I called to cancel earlier this spring, but they told me I was LOCKED into a contract. FYI... If a customer is unhappy and your not providing them the results you sold them on, let them out of the contract. The $400 you hung onto for these past 4 months is not worth it for you. RESPONSE FROM Bug-Out SVC INC: Mr. Nell, I am sorry to hear of your concerns and dissatisfaction. I have forwarded your concerns to our service manager and asked that someone reach out to you. Thank you.
