Chris was timely, kind, professional, and above all knowledgeable about our problem. We have only been in the house less than an year. We have had service performed on that bathroom (sink and toilet) so many times and each time it is cleaned out and the technician leaves with all functioning well, only, to have the same problem reoccur a few weeks later. Chris discussed a wide variety of possible things that could be causing the problems. And informed us of the program that would allow Abacus to check the entire house each year , draining the water heaters, etc. No one else had offered such a plan. Both my husband and I felt reassured that whatever gremlin that is in that bathroom, Abacus will find it and eliminate it.
