Ok, it's been in business for quite a while but the place itself ...well it could use a lesson in customer service and in quality. If you are a first timer to this establishment it is VERY confusing, especially at lunch or on Fridays. The workers expect you to understand their signage and if you are in the wrong line they basically belittle you and make you move. When you question why they don't have a better system they tell you that once you become a regular you get used to it. Honestly, this place is really the only one you can go to in the area for fresh seafood. If that is what you need it is fine. The seafood is always fresh. However, if you are going to get the fish sandwiches on Fridays they are awful. They are overfried and dry. They are not seasoned and are very bland. They do deliver fish that other area restaurants season and fry themselves and they are the main supplier for fish fridays. But, you would think they would want their fried fish to be the best.
