Called Randy's and Superior, went with superior soley based on their claim to better customer service...after 14days with no mower, (ever thought of making appointments instead of keeping mowers until you get around to them?) ended up paying to get my own lawn mowed 40.00. Then when I finally got mower back, it had not been powerwashed as promised and the blades did not look sharpened. Made me question how much of there claims were not delivered. Called to question and was told "if you dont believe in our quailty then there isnt much we can do from here." NEVER AGAIN, and Ive told several people. Looks, like there is plenty of places disgruntled customers can go from here....
