Terrible customer service! I was out of town when they did the job so I had my wife write them a check. She noticed a footprint in the curbing immediately after the crew left. I decided to wait until I got home to deal with it. When I got back into town I called Scott(owner) about the issue and he wouldn't even entertain the idea that it could have been one of his guys. He completely denied it! I told him to at least come and look at it and tell me what my options were. He said he would come look at it. He never came, now I can't get ahold of him. He won't return my calls. I've left message after message and he doesn't care now that he has cashed the check. Also they cleaned their cement mixer out right in my driveway approach. its still a mess after 4 weeks. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!
