This company has it's priorities backwards--they care more about selling than about plumbing. The plumbers seem pressured to push over-priced services which are of dubious necessity.\r \r A few weeks ago, one of their plumbers gave me a written quote for replacing my water heater, $1879, based on the laminated price sheet he had in his little sales book. He wrote, in big letters, "50 gal 60,000BTU" water heater at the top of the invoice. Today, when he comes to do the work, his field supervisor shows up with him to inform me that the price I was given two weeks ago, IN WRITING, was for a 40,000BTU water heater. The supervisor says a 60,000BTU heater is going to be more expensive and gives me a new quote for $3558. ???!!!!\r \r Later, I called two other reputable plumbing companies and both gave me a price of $1100 for the same installation package for a 60,000BTU unit. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about Yes' deceiptful upselling practice and hired one of the oth
