Review content:
Well, since it looks like all the other reviews are a bit dated I figure I'll throw in my 2 cents. This store used to be my absolute favorite. They had a wide selection of authentic government surplus and a friendly, knowledgeable (albeit not the prettiest) staff. To my dismay, my most recent visit to this store was faaaaaar from enjoyable. It seems that they must have undergone an ownership or management change because all they carry now is overpriced Chinese made garbage and the staff consists of a bunch of know-nothing teenage brats.\r
Being a veteran, I figured the store clerks would at least try to show some respect, but the girl behind the counter treated me like I was some kind of ignoramus when I asked for a patch from my old unit. Not exactly service with a smile!\r
One would figure with so much competition (with today's economy and the internet) that stores like this would be clamoring for sales, not the story in this case. Man, I miss Larada's.\r
I won't be going back.
