I hired Ms Butters for bankruptcy. Paid in full up front. Never would return emails or calls, occasionally would get a response via text. She scheduled our court date exactly when we said we were out of the country and would not reschedule. Had to pay filing fee twice. Then after 3 years of fully paying off bills, she texts and says if I want the bankruptcy discharged from her office I needed to pay her another $450. Extortion I think that is called. I had to pay it but I will never recommend her for any thing. Very poor poor service and dishonest.
