We just had to have our A/C replaced this week. The company came out on Friday to discuss options and the new unit was installed on Monday. Wayne, the technician, arrived a little bit early, which was wonderful since we didn't have to sit around and wait for him, which is often the case with this type of work. He worked steadily on the unit all day until it was finished. He was very conscientious about keeping the area tidy while he worked including laying material down to cover the flooring and wearing shoe protectors any time he walked on our carpet. At the end of the day he vacuumed up any loose debris to make sure everything was left in great condition. He also made sure to show me what I needed to know about the new unit and gave me a chance to ask any question. Wonderful experience with Wayne and Any Hour.
