If you're reading this review, then you're already doing something right. Do research on who you work with. My experience with Adel has been so very positive the last eight months, that I must put down in writing the benefits of working with him.
Having managed my own properties for years, I was stubborn to use a property manager. In this case, I learned that there's always someone else who has more time, experience, and connections to get your property rented out quickly and for a premium.
In regards to my property, Adel rented it out to a wonderful family within two weeks for a fair market price. If I pursued renting the property out myself, I would be considered lucky to have rented it out within six weeks for 90% of value.
Adel also has a team of associates who handle different needs such as repairs, remodels, emergency plumbing response, and pool cleaning services. Their prices are reasonable and their service is professional.
So far, eight months into my contract, the rent is on time and the house is kept up like a palace. Thanks Adel!
