We have NO complaints about our recent experience with Abacus and our technician.?? The office staff communicates effectively and efficiently in regards to scheduling and arrival of the team.?? The technician managed the entire process - not only the plumbing, but the tile, sheet rock, painting, and inspections by the city.?? He explained every part of the process, addressed concerns, gave us options to choose from, and was always responsive and quick to return phone calls.??He knew exactly what was going on with our job regardless of the fact that he was running other projects concurrent with ours.?? The technician was extremely professional and a sincerely great person.?? We couldn't have anticipated a better experience.
