Love it!! My son does karate and when class is over. I would see the girls come in for kickboxing. All looking happy and some skeptical of what the night will bring. I wanted to sign up for so long, but was afraid to, bc I didn't want to embarass myself. I am 34 with two kids, full time job and no time. It took 5 months for my to join. I wish I never waited!!! I walk/run and do some home videos. I wasn't getting where I really wanted to be. I wanted more!! The hustle, the support and sweat dripping off my face. Well last night I got what I have been yearning for. It was amazing, it wasn't easy, there where times I had to stop, take a breath and get back in the groove of things. At one point I wanted vomit up my dinner bc I ate before going. Not the best thing to do before working out so hard. Master Yates and my partner kept pushing and also telling me pace myself. There is no judgment from anyone. We are all equal, I didn't feel out of place at all. I knew that I would be okay. Yes, I was extremly nervous. After 10 min of the work out I felt like I belonged. I can honestly say this would be the best most amazing gift you could give yourself. Sign up for the 3 classes and try it!! You will not regret it!
