Review content:
I made an appointment, arrived at the correct time, checked in and was asked if I needed a shuttle. I asked how long the job (oil change, check fluids and their multi point inspection) would take and was told they were down 1 service tech so it would be about 1 1/2 hours. I opted to leave my book in the car and walk to a nearby shopping center. After about 1 1/2 hours, I started walking back and when almost there, got a call from service that it would be another 1/2 to 3/4 hour. I went into the lounge (where it was cold and golf was on the TV and a bunch of kids were running around in there). After sitting for about 1/2 hour, I went outside and found a place to stand in the sun. When I got tired of standing, I went back into the lounge. 3 3/4 hours later, my car was ready. They did have the good sense to comp the service, but really almost 4 hours to have your oil changed?
