Bill Martindale gave me a free estimate for a job that had already been completed by another contractor that was trying to take advantage of my 89 year grandmother by grossly overcharging her $10,500 for a job that should have only cost around $2,500 tops. I also got seven bids from other contractors and they all came within a few hundreds dollars of eachother, not thousands!!! None of them knew the original amount that my grandmother was charged before they offered their estimate/bid. Thank you for taking the time to give me your bid even though it didn't benefit you in any way other than me commending you on your honest opinion and your super fast response to my request. \r

P.S. I needed estimates so we could offer the original contractor a "fair" price. My grandma already gave him $2,000 as a down payment. In my opinion, I don't think he deserves any more since he is the one that is dishonest in his business practices. He should be fined and his license taken away for this type of
