Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were approached at a job fair and given a free cleaning X-ray and game plan appointment, to deal with my in very bad shape Keith. I made the appointment and at the last minute had to cancel due to a family issue. When they call back, the same morning to reschedule I was told that the appointment was no longer free since I had cancelled. Wait a minute you guys approached me I never went to you! So, due to a family issue and me not being able to go that day, I now have to pay for it??? Terrible terrible customer service.
