Because earlier jobs had gone long and because we really needed the help, Gary came on an evening and a Saturday afternoon. He inspected things around the house in addition to the leak we needed repaired, and saved us a bundle in future disasters. He also gave us every possible discount for being part of the customer plan and for getting multiple jobs done. He was genial, cleaned up after his work, and in general was a joy to work with, and understood the pain of having to pay for all the plumbing work while being able to explain its value to our home and peace of mind.
