Review content:
We were in a real crisis mode. We were selling our home and the final inspection/walk through was the next morning at 9:00 a.m., when we noticed the thermostat was dead. It would do nothing. We called the emergency line and fortunately for us Justin was on call. He came out around midnight and worked on the problem until it was solved. He was there until nearly 1;30 a.m. It took care of the problem, and he was both courteous and professional.
In addition, Justin has been the one to service and maintain our systems over the past years. If it wasn't for him, we would have moved our business elsewhere. He has definitely taken care of us and we will maintain our business because of his dedication and service.
