Well, I had to stay at the dub again for the Congressional Black Caucus convention last week. I checked in on Thursday and the staff even remembers me from the month prior. I had a room with a cool view of 15th street. The bell man was so floored that I handed him a tip because I forgot the last time he bought my boyfriend and I drinks. The roof top was humming and the great thing is I didn?t have to wait in line. I grabbed a seat in side because all of the tables at POV were full. My friend and I had a Dark and Stormy (Yummy) and a long Island Ice Tea. After leaving the hotel to attended some of the evenings events we came back to the hotel and where greeted warmly. The next morning I headed to the state of the art workout room and gave it a go. I love this place. However, tell the local Washington, DC City government to stop killing us on the room tax. Will I stay again? Sure when I come back to DC. This spot is the bomb! Pros: Location and a great view of the Whitehouse Cons: Parking is expensive
