Review content:
Atop the W Hotel is P.O.V., an acronym for ""Point of View."" The view is stunning, night or day, clear skies or not. It's a very upscale, swanky bar with both an outdoor terrace and indoor lounge. It's a must-see for any D.C. local or visitors. The only downside is that you have to wait in line for the elevator and the staff can be somewhat rude. The earlier you can get there, the better. Cheers!
