After scheduling a water-heater analysis from a radio ad on KSL News and having the unwanted results become a reality, we have never been more impressed with a company than we were of Any Hour. Franc M gave us the bad news that our water heater was in seriously bad shape and some of the original plumbing was no longer up to code. Franc went out of his way to be compassionate and accommodating and charging my mother, who will soon be 85 and on a fixed income, the best price he could under the circumstances, never giving us the impression that he was out to take advantage of us or gouge the price of the repair to benefit the company. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained step-by-step everything he needed to do and what was done. He was very proficient and quick and he left us feeling that we had made the best choice possible, never feeling used or taken advantage of. Thank You, Franc, and Thank You Any Hour Services for a great end to a possibly disastrous situation. Franc was wonderful and you can be assured we would call and ask for him again. He deserves double whatever you are paying him!!!
