Elvin and Kenny just finished installing our new HVAC unit and we could not be more pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and workmanship. This is the second time that we have had Modern Mechanical work on the house this year. Each time they showed up within the designated window, took an extra few minutes to cover our carpet, completed their work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I have no reservations recommending Modern Mechanical.
