I am a very unhappy customer after several years of receiving their service (termite protection). Here are the reasons. 1. They should prepare the station diagram for each house. They don’t do that to prevent their employees from cheating (one of them told me that). They have to draw a diagram every time they come to our house to show they didn't cheat. That’s why it takes half an hour to find all stations, while the job itself should take five minutes (just to check if termites took any "bait." We were paying almost $300/year for their cheating employees. 2. They raised the price without any notice. It happened twice in several years. 3. Their employee once refused to do a service because “our lawn was too high.” It was not. 4. Once I notified them of the service cancellation, with the payment only a few weeks late, they sent us a collection notice. My payment should have been sufficient considering they refused a service a couple of months ago. 5. One of their former employees (Nick) was a liar. He said most stations were missing and tried to charge us over $400. In fact there was only one station missing, which I had to verify myself. I wouldn't deal with this company if I were you.
