If I could give "0" stars, I would. I had the worst experience with Norbrook Medical Supply Company. The staff was not knowledgeable and they were very rude. I needed a knee walker. I called my insurance company and they stated that my policy would cover the purchase of the knee walker. My insurance company informed me that Norbrook Medical was the closest provider from which I could get the knee walker. So, I contacted Norbrook and the Norbrook Billing Specialist told me that my insurance company was WRONG and that it was not going to be covered by my insurance company because she did not have a billing code for the purchase of a knee walker. She only had the billing code for a rental. After many, many phone calls back and forth with my insurance company and Norbrook, my insurance company provided me with the Billing Code for her to use. She was still insistent that because the billing code was not on her billing sheet that my insurance company would not cover it. She was very perturbed that I kept calling her back. I was fed up with trying to convince her to call my insurance company. So, I contacted another medical supply company and needless to say, it was a breeze and I now have a knee walker that was fully paid for by my insurance company....no thanks to Norbrook Medical Supply.
