We were really impressed with the prompt response, but especially with the ability of Douglas and Rich to retrieve the 2-3 ft. long throwing stick handle that some kid had put down the drain at some time in the past. It took multiple attempts and several different instruments and two hours but you did it! We also appreciate the referral to a good excavator for repair of the down pipe and his prompt response the same day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
