I just tried the Butcher Block in Fort Smith, I normally get my meat from Wal-mart. I always thought the Butcher Block would be a lot more expensive. I was wrong. Not only did I get really good ground chuck, and a stuffed roast but I paid less for it than I had to pay for hamburger from Wal-mart. I was greeted with smiles and actually helped. My meat was put in freezer paper at no extra charge and they carried it out for me. I didn't know places like this still existed. I just hope they last another 30 years.
