I hate to write such a bad review, but I have had a terrible time trying to get satisfaction from this business. I found a gift certificate that had been misplaced. My problem is that the gift certificate expired less than a month ago. I called to see if they would redeem it - even for partial credit. NO WAY!!! I have called several times, but the manager is NEVER in to answer my question and the person on the phone always says that only the manager can make that decision. Unfortunately the manager doesn't keep regular hours and is "in and out". Conveniently, they aren't allowed to give names over the phone, so I can't even find out who I am supposed to ask. I called several other meat markets in town saying that I had a gift certificate from their store that expired and asked if I could still redeem it.
