Review content:
My wife purchased three gifts for a bride listed in the Walmart gift register. She wanted to know how to check the items or remove them from the list so she asked cashier. She did not know so she went to service desk they did not know. They call a lady manager and she had no ideal so she called another manager and she could not explain how to do it and told us it would just come off the register because we bought it for the bride. The problem was that we bought it in store at the store register and we explained it to the manager and she still insisted it would come off the register without us doing anything additional which is impossible. When we got home we did some research and discovered that all we had to do was go to the brides register and scan the receipt and it took the three items off the bridal register. Walmart please train manager how to do this. I have never been given such redicioulious advice in my life.
