Had to make the call to G.F. Bowman for the AC not working. Yesterday they called and reaffirmed the time of the service appointment. This morning Travis D. was in the driveway five minutes before time! He did an excellent job of addressing the concerns and explaining the charges also! Travis was professional and represented G.F. Bowman excellently. Thank You for a great experience!
